In this blog im going to talk about different types of forreign food, lite for example, North american, South american, afrikan and asian food, and in a future european food.
At first im going to talk about asian food, this time "Ramen"
You can eat Ramen from very different types ;
Shoyu Ramen
The most popular type of ramen, the broth has the fragrance of soy sauce and a deep and rich flavor. the broth is made of chicken bones ("torigara") and seafood; some restaurants can add other ingredients such as pork bones ("tonkotsu")
Miso Ramen
Restaurants that specialize in miso ramen use homemade miso to make their soup. These recipes contain different types of miso such as miso burned, white miso, red miso, soy bean miso and rice miso
Tonkotsu ramen
The Tonkotsu broth is made by boiling the pork bones. The Tonkotsu ramen has a sharp smell compared to other varieties of ramen, people hate it or love it. The Tonkotsu broth takes many forms, it can be soft and light or so heavy that it sticks to the spoon.The noodles are usually thin and the dishes are covered with onions, pork, bamboo, kikurage mushrooms and chopped ginger.
Tsukemen
The noodles are placed in a colander next to the soup plate that can be cold or hot. Take a portion of noodles with chopsticks, dip them in the soup and enjoy.
There is an abundant variety of tsukumen soups, each with its particular emphasis: Acidity, sweetness, rich seafood flavor and more. Tsukumen noodles are thin and teng to
be served in more abundant portions than regular ramen. You can also order the soup
"Wari" which is hot water diluited in the
Leftover soup. Tou can take it straight from
the plate
